Ban Chang Property is a family owned company, with local staff in Thailand, which builds and sells property in Thailand.

​

We are active in the Chonburi and Rayong provinces in south east Thailand. The area is part of a vibrant coastal strip comprising wonderful beaches, interesting cities as well as genuine Thai-countryside.

​

We have a long experience from the building business in Sweden, inclusive of running building projects. This experience has now been transferred to warm and wonderful Thailand. We cooperate with carefully selected and well established building companies from the Rayong and Chonburi provinces. These companies are committed to high quality execution. As local operators they are also well positioned to keep their building costs low.

Our strength is that we are present both in Sweden and in Thailand. Thanks to our local staff we give you good service regarding all legal and practical matters associated with building and buying property.

We have selected the auditing firm BDO Richfield Ltd. in Bangkok as our partner. BDO Richfield is part of BDO International, globally established with offices both in Thailand and in Sweden. This arrangement offers security both to you as a customer and to us as a company.

In case you are interested and wish to see the houses and the different areas, we will be happy to help you to arrange a demonstration visit, including air line ticket booking and ground transportation arrangements from and to the airport. If you decide to buy a house from us, we will be very happy to help you with a lot of the issues that have to be resolved, for instance:

Contract signing

We will of course help you with contract signing regarding purchasing of land and house.

​

Type of ownership

We will talk you through all aspects of the various types of owning land in Thailand, i.e. leasing, starting a local company or other ways of owning land.

​

Project management

We will follow up progress against plan för the building project, and we will take and send pictures for you to be able to see the development.

​

Bank

We will assist in opening a bank account and ensure that the transfer of money will work.

​

Interior equipment

We will be happy to help you to purchase other potentially required equipment, such as air conditioning, furniture, curtains and protective bars for windows and doors.

​

Final inspection

We will help you to inspect the house before you pay the final installment and take over the house.
